1) Registered Users Discount

All registered customers who are logged in during checkout will receive an automatic 5% discount off the total amount.
There is no limit to how many purchases you can make with this discount. There is no need to enter any code. The discount will be automatically applied and shown when you view your ‘cart’. This discount is not applicable for on-sale items or Daisy Sky Malaysia Collagen products.

2) How do i register?

3) Discount Codes

If you have a discount code, you can enter it after you press the ‘checkout’ button on your cart.

Product Questions

1) Can pregnant women use your products?

All products can be used throughout your pregnancy and breastfeeding stages except the following:
We recommend that pregnant women use the following products – Corsica Helichrysum Hydrosol, Real Rose Gel and Lavender and Chamomile Derm-Revival Gel) – only after four months of pregnancy (when you have entered your second trimester). 
However, since everyone has differing sensitivity to aromatherapy, it is best to check with a physician.

2) Can your products help with acne-prone skin?

Yes, you can try our Lavender Highland hydrosol, Rosemary Verbenone hydrosol and Lavender & Chamomile Derm Revival Gel which help to soothe and minimize acne. They also help to hydrate, repair and diminish imperfections.

3) What is the recommended application of the sandwich mask per week?

It really depends on your skin. You can use it up to 2-3 times a week if you have severely dry skin however, if you have normal skin then perhaps once a week would suffice.

4) Will your products help with severe acne problems?

Although our products can help with balancing oil secretion, those with severe acne problems should consult a dermatologist for better results. As for mild acne and pimple issues, the Lavender products Rosemary Verbenone hydrosol and Lavender & Chamomile Derm Revival Gel can be used to improve skin recovery and vitality.

5) My skin is very sensitive – would your products have any side effects?

We use the world’s best flowers and plant materials and our products adhere to stringent standards for all the details, including scientific verification of each recipe proportions and we constantly seek to improve our results therefore safe for even the most sensitive and fragile skin. No additional fragrance, coloring, alcohol, preservatives, mineral, silicone or animal products have been used in the process. We are 100% parabens-free.

6) Where is the origin of Daisy Sky?

We source only the highest quality raw materials from Bulgaria, Madagascar, Turkey, France, Greece, Japan, Thailand, United States, Morocco, Chile, India, Sri Lanka and other remote parts of the world while our bottling factory is in Guangzhou, China.

7) What is the difference between the Bulgarian Rose Alba Hydrosol and the Bulgarian Rose Otto Hydrosol?

The Rose Alba is made from white roses which are very rare and effective for skin brightening and have anti-inflammatory factor with are superior to the Rose Otto. It has a sweet, subtle scent of roses. The Rose Otto is infused with a burst of fresh rose aroma and amazing for repairing scarring and restoring the suppleness of the skin.

8) Can we re-use the empty bottles?

Of course, and we recommend it for a safer environment. Also, all our bottles are made from recycled goods.

9) How long does a bottle of 500ml hydrosol typically last?

If you use the hydrosol as a sandwich mask for 3-4 times a week, a bottle of 500ml hydrosol can last up to almost 3 months, however if you only apply the sandwich mask once a week, it can last up to 6 months. As our products are all natural and organic, we do recommend to finish the product within 6-7 months upon opening.

10) What do your products mean by vegan?

It means that our skincare range does not contain any animal products and we do not agree or use any animals in the testing of our products.

11) Do your products contain any hormones or preservatives?

Absolutely, not. Our products contain no additional fragrance, coloring, alcohol, preservatives, mineral, silicone or animal products have been used in the process and we are 100% paraben-free.

12) I’ve purchased your products and found out that I’m allergic to the essential oil. Can I get a refund?

At the moment, we do not have a refund policy however, do email us at info@daisyskymalaysia.com and explain to us the situation and we will do our best to assist you.

13) Do you deliver worldwide? And what are the charges?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and it depends on where you are located, if you can’t find your country listed in our check out page, please email us at info@daisyskymalaysia.com and we will let you know the cost of shipping in which the buyer has to bear responsibility for the cost.
